The Presence Pledge is an intentional 8-week commitment for couples who are ready to silence the distractions and restore sacred connection. It’s not about adding more to your to-do list — it’s about making space for what matters most.

Start anytime collectively we're beginning April 15, 2025
1. No phone usage for two hours after waking and two hours before bed.
2. No phones in bed — devices must be at least 5 feet away from where you sleep.
3. Daily morning check-ins with God and your spouse. Creating sacred space for uninterrupted conversation and connection.
4. Weekly podcast teachings to guide your growth.
5. Permission to fail — and begin again. Because presence is a posture, not perfection.
Every week during the 8-week journey, we’ll release a new episode designed to equip and encourage you as a couple. These aren’t surface-level talks — we’re diving into the real issues that distract and divide us, and helping you build habits that restore emotional, spiritual, and physical connection.

A commitment to being fully present—with God and each other—over the next 8 weeks.
We recognize that real intimacy—spiritual, emotional, and physical—can only flourish when we are fully present. In a world full of distractions, we are choosing a better rhythm: one that nourishes our connection, restores our peace, and invites God into the center of our marriage.
We’re not aiming for perfection—we’re aiming for presence. If we miss a day, we won’t quit. We’ll pick it back up and keep moving forward together.
Our Commitments:
We will prioritize presence over distractions. We will remove unnecessary noise and choose what feeds our connection.
We commit to:
- No phones 2 hours before bed and 2 hours after waking up
(Example: If we wake at 7AM and sleep at 10PM, then no phones from 8PM–9AM)
- No phones in bed
Our devices will stay at least 5 feet away from the bed—far enough to resist scrolling, close enough to hear the alarm.
We will create intentional rhythms of connection:
- Daily morning check-in (even just 5–10 minutes)
- Evening wind-down together (prayer, conversation, or reflection)
We will not be legalistic, but we will be intentional. If we fail or slip up, we won’t give up—we’ll restart with grace.
We are inviting God into the center of our marriage. We will seek His presence daily—individually and together—and allow His Word to lead us.
